Indymedia: School Strike 4 Climate 2021

On Friday 21 May, hundreds of school kids and their supporters made their way to the Supreme Court Gardens for the School Strike 4 Climate.

This year, demonstrators are particularly concerned about Scott Morrison’s COVID-19 recovery plan, which centres fossil fuels as the solution for economic downturn.

Ray Grenfell spoke to Amy, a School Strike 4 Climate organiser, about the Perth strikers’ goals.
