Get to know Conor Levy

I was introduced to the wonderful Boorloo music scene in 2016 when I formed the band Airline Food with my closest pals.

Ever since, I have been an avid consumer of the scene in various forms, including playing in several different band projects, writing gig reviews, music photography/videography, DJing at a number of local and regional festivals and working behind the bar at Mojos in Fremantle.

I love everything about the vibrant and active music community in here in Perth, and I’m so excited to be part of the RTRFM family to share this passion with.

How did you become involved in the station?

Started playing in bands in high school and naturally discovered RTR due to its unwavering dedication to supporting and platforming local musicians.

Tell us about your most memorable gig, either attending or playing at?

Wave Rock Festival in 2020- it was perhaps the only festival happening in the world at the time due to COVID lockdowns. My band was asked to play and it was an all-WA lineup, making it that extra bit special in such a crazy period in recent history.
