Get to know Tim

Presenting gives me an excuse and structure to keep listening to new music, I love the rush of hearing an amazing song for the first time. RTRFM’s community is such a great thing, being part of that every week is a privilege. I’ve been listening to RTRFM since forever, and getting out and seeing local live music is still fun.

How did you become involved in the station?

I’ve always loved the station – have been listening, for a (very) long time, I started volunteering years ago and the orbit tightened until I’ve ended up presenting, on the other end of the signal.

Tell us about your most memorable gig, either attending or playing at?

All gigs are amazing, but intense acts like Mogwai or Aphex Twin were expectational live

What is your favourite show (other than your own) on RTRFM?

Difficult Listening. or Posted. or Peer to Peer or…lots of them
