Will Jones

I’ve been a presenter almost 5 years now (could be 6), and 3 of those have been with posted. Majority of my time is tangled up in working shift work as a support worker which I really enjoy.

When I started presenting I had a very different outlook on why I did it and why I enjoyed it, and this really revolved around finding new music, meeting new people and the general clout of being a radio presenter.
Now I think it’s more of a wind down when I get to present and I obviously still enjoy finding new music and meeting new people. The listeners of the station are always super kind as well.

The station has also been a big supporter of my musical endeavours outside of presenting which I’m eternally grateful for. I’ve been able to hear my music being played on air alongside artists who I look up to, as well as perform on slightly odway which 10 years ago would’ve been crazy to conceive.

RTRfm has been a staple for me ever since I was a delivery driver many years ago, and I owe it for keeping me sane spending all those years on the road.
