Hidden Voices Domestic Violence Survey

Known as the silent epidemic and more recently the shadow pandemic, its impact spans gender, cultural and religious divides.

But one thing often missing from the Family and Domestic Violence prevention agenda is the impact on children and youth, specifically those from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds (CALD).

A new Hidden Voices online survey by experts at Curtin University is hoping to change all that – amplifying the voices of children and young people to inform policy, support services and change across WA.

Curtin University Senior Lecturer in Human Rights Dr Marilyn Metta joined Taylah Strano on Breakfast to discuss the survey and how folk can get involved.
