Bank on Dave Fishwick

“People who rob banks go to prison, but banks who rob people get bonuses. It just has to stop.”

The new feel-good film, The Bank of Dave, is based on the true-life experiences of Dave Fishwick, a working class man from the small English town of Burnley.

The film tells the story of how Fishwick fought the banking establishment in London to set up a local community bank.

RTRFMs Danae Gibson caught up with the real Dave – earlier this week as he blitzed Australia on a publicity tour.
