Bookclub with Danielle Raffaele: All Them Dogs by Djamal White

Today on Bookclub, Pam Boland and Danielle Raffaele honour the late great Dolly Parton and her contributions to children’s literature including her Imagination Library.

Then, Danielle Raffaele reviews the Booker long-listed novel All Them Dogs by Djamal White, an unsentimental and often times violent rendering of life for a young man living in the West Dublin ganglands.

Catch Danielle in the wild tomorrow night at the Fremantle Library in conversation with Walyalup Fremantle author Patrick Marlborough about their debut novel Nock Loose.

Doors from 6.15pm with a Q&A and light refreshments to follow.
