Boot Bash aims to help rural students seeking tertiary education

Despite a quarter of Australia’s population living in rural and regional areas, young people from outside the capital cities face significant challenges when seeking higher education.

Atikah Hurley was joined by Wendy Mason the CEO of the Country Education Foundation to talk about the education gap between urban and rural areas and Boot Bash, an initiative that raises awareness for rural and regional students who battle against the cost of living.

Boot Bash is continuing until March 31st, 2025. Find more information here.
