New study shows being a ‘weekend warrior’ exerciser just as effective for health

Everyone knows that regular exercise is good for us physically, but no one really knows it’s good for our brains.

The School of Health Sciences at the University of Sydney conducted a research project investigating the link between brain health and exercise.

University of Sydney postdoctoral research fellow Dr Matthew Ahmadi joins Madeleine Caffieri for On The Record to discuss the findings and how we can gently improve our health with increased movement.
