Breaking Bread with Beth Elise Hawk

Breaking Bread is a delicious slice of the A-Sham Arabic Food Festival in Haifa, Israel. The festival was founded by Dr. Nof Atamna-Ismaeel‘s, the first Muslim Arab to win Israel’s Masterchef.

Breaking Bread follows Arab and Jewish chefs who come to the festival to collaborate their signature dishes, transcending their cultural differences to celebrate the delicious food of their region.
