Charting local waters on Drivetime: Outdoor Living drops by ahead of RTRFM’s Fremantle Winter Music Festival

Outdoor Living is the quintessentially West-Australian folk project of Daniel Harrison, a member of Gap Year, Heathcote Blue and the Lyndon Blue Band. Dan will be performing as Outdoor Living at this year’s Fremantle Winter Music Festival.

His debut EP, Songs Specifically Written for the Back of a Boat is a poignant six-track EP of folk and “Country and Western (Australia)” that was an RTRFM local feature release in 2022.

The record tapped channelling an easy, ‘rootsy’ and effortlessly authentic take on contemporary country.

Annika and Doug have a chat with Dan on Monday Drivetime and are treated to a live in-studio performance.
