Climate Change and the School Curriculum

Earlier this month, the Australian Government unveiled an updated Australian Curriculum and this year there have been significant changes.

While the previous version had only four mentions of climate change, this latest rendition makes explicit mention of the climate crisis up to 32 times, across STEM and the Arts.

The University of Tasmania lecturer in Curriculum and Pedagogy Kim Beasy joined Danae Gibson on Breakfast to chat about the changes.
