Drag artist Cougar Morrison responds to local anti-drag campaign

There’s been an outpouring of love and support from the community following a smear campaign against local drag superstar Cougar Morrison.
Anti-drag flyers singling Cougar out were dropped in letterboxes throughout the City of Bayswater this weekend, just hours before the award-wining entertainer was scheduled to appear at Drag Story Hour at Maylands Public Library.
What started and continues to be a frightening reminder of growing intolerance towards the queer community has turned into an overwhelming response of love and support from the community.
Cougar joined Breakfast with Taylah to download about the events and urged everyone to contact and encourage the City of Bayswater to keep Drag Story Hour on the calendar.
