First Monkeypox vaccines available in WA

Though anyone can contract Monkeypox, the illness overwhelmingly impacts men who have sex with men, according to a UK study conducted since the start of the outbreak.

To ensure the safety of the local community, queer Perth venue Steam Works is collaborating with WA Department of Health, M-Clinic and WAAC to provide an onsite Monkeypox clinic following the announcement of the first available vaccines in WA.
