Forward moving with sol

Adopting the moniker sol, Forward is the first solo album from Sara Salt.

Putting aside some Nervous tendencies, Forward is a sharp inhale, a whole and heavy hearted LP of tender guitar twangs and slower melancholic vocals.

On this crunchy and close recording Sara cathartically explores grief, identity and uncertainty and delivers a deeply moving, quietly gut-wrenching and markedly personal collection of songs.
