FRIDAY MIX: Amber Akilla

Amber Akilla is a multidisciplinary creative born in Perth and based in Shanghai, China.

She has DJ’ed across Asia and in 2018 she co-founded NVSHU (pronounced nǔshù) a women and LGBTQ focused DJ workshop and collective.

Back in her hometown while she waits for the world to open back up, Amber has compiled a mix of some of her favourite Asian artists at the cutting edge of underground electronic music from China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, South Korea and Japan for RTR FM.
