Geoffrey O’Connor Loves What He Does

Geoffrey O’Connor calls in to Brekky with Pam from Naarm/Melbourne to discuss his fourth album I Love What We Do, a lush, playful contemporary disco record that delves into love and the range of emotions and experiences that come with it – a perfect release for Valentine’s Day!

The album showcases Geoffrey’s collab-ability with the likes of Genevieve Fry (King Gizzard & The Lizard Wizard) on harp, Jessica Venables (Jessica Says) on cello, backing vocals from 80-year-old folk/blues legend Margret RoadKnight, as well as Emma Russack and Chloe Sanger (Good Morning) and a duet with Sarah Mary Chadwick.

Pam and Geoffrey’s get stuck into the album, talk rainy feild recordings, John Paul Young and how songwriting can explore love’s endless possibilities.
