German Film Festival: The Last Execution

The Last Execution is the latest film from German Director Franziska Stunkel which follows the true story of the secret death police in East Germany and the last execution in the former German Democratic Republic. 

Though based on true events it is a deeply human story about love, family and standing up for what you believe in. 

RTRFMs Danielle Raffaele spoke with Franziska Stunkel while she was in Australia for the German Film Festival.
