Green Guide launches for Aussie musicians looking to reduce carbon footprint

Standing on plastic waste in the countryside at a festival or music event is a familiar experience for many, but a new project is looking to change that.

Supported by well known figures including Paul Kelly, Missy Higgins, Midnight Oil, Montaigne and Gotye, Green Music Australia has created the Sound Country: A Green Artist Guide in collaboration with Creative Victoria, detailing practical steps bands and acts can take to make their creative endeavours more sustainable.

Green Music Australia CEO Berish Bilander joined Taylah Strano for Breakfast to chat about the guide, which is now available to download online.
