Green Hydrogen To Usher ‘Road To Decarbonisation’

With pressure growing for stronger action on fossil fuel reductions and the adoption of more renewable energy sources in the wake of last year’s COP26 Summit; Green Hydrogen is likely to become a major contributor in the road to decarbonisation.

Being a zero emissions method of transporting energy, Green Hydrogen is predicted by experts to become a fifty-billion dollar industry within the next three decades.

On The Record presenter Fiona Bartholomaeus took the opportunity to catch up and chat with Dr. Steven Percy, who is a Senior Research fellow from The Victorian Hydrogen Hub at Swinburne University.

Together they discuss the future of the Renewable Energy Industry, including the real-world applications of Green Hydrogen, and whether Australia is well suited for producing the renewable energy source.
