12 September, On The Record’s Jeff Bullen caught up with Regional Arts WA CEO, Dr Pilar Kasat and spoke about their new book, heart of the community, and its accompanying exhibition at the WA State Library.

The book includes stories from multiple arts organisations, featuring many rural and regional artists and volunteers. The locations range from Broome, Port Hedland, and Carnamah, to Narrogin, Esperance, and Denmark.
