Hector Morlet chats about his debut Music For Squares

Perth bedroom producer, multi-instrumentalist and songwriter Hector Morlet’s debut EP Music For Squares Music For Square is out in the world.

Reflecting his growth as a songwriter and as a person, its a fresh take on R&B, with Hector pouring his experience into his bedroom beat-making. His captivating melodies are punctuated by tight, textured beats and grooving bass lines. Hector’s live sets feature a combination of woozy and growling synthetic sounds, laced with gliding vocals and clarinet refrains.
