Human brain mapping project reveals secrets of memory

Scientists from the University of Sydney have created a comprehensive map of the human brain, exploring how the hippocampus interacts with other parts of the control centre.

The study involved looking at brain scans to explore the white matter pathways in the brain and establish where and how the hippocampus creates links.

Jeff Bullen sat down with Dr Marshall Dalton for On The Record to discuss the findings.
