Local Feature: Outdoor Living’s debut EP Songs Specifically Written for the Back of a Boat

Chugging down the Derbal Yerrigan and into RTRFM’s collective consciousness is Outdoor Living’s Songs Specifically Written for the Back of a Boat, a poignant six-track EP of folk and “Country and Western (Australia)”.

Written and largely performed by Daniel Harrison of Gap Year, Heathcote Blue and the Lyndon Blue Band along with friends and collaborators that include Jozef Grech of Datura4, it’s an estuarine musical snapshot of life in WA and our local feature record this week.

Daniel stops by the RTRFM studios to chat to Jxnior and Matt on Drivetime and share a live song from the EP—tune in to the performance and two-part chat below.
