Local theatre makers prove Everything’s Kinda Stupid at Fringe World 2021

In its world premiere, Everything’s Kinda Stupid! addresses female friendship, overnight fame and the curse of social media this Fringe season.

What do you say, and how do you feel, when all of the sudden all ears are on you?

That’s the question that faces Sugar and Monty, the best friends whose stupid podcast rockets to overnight fame.

As part of Fringe World 2021, Everything’s Kinda Stupid! is a satirical take on the throws of what happens between friends, and as individuals, when the vicious world of social media tunes in.

Izzy and Courtney from Every Other Theatre Company are the brains behind the production, both with first-hand experience as women in media and arts.

They stopped by Breakfast with Taylah to tell us more.
