Margret RoadKnight on her final album

Margret RoadKnight is a legend of blues, folk and jazz, winner of a Lifetime Achievement Award at the inaugural Australian Women In Music Awards in 2018.

She celebrates her 80th birthday and 60th year as a performer with the launch of her new and final album, Long Time.

Long Time is an overview of the second act of Margret RoadKnight‘s storied career, spanning recordings from 1988-2023 with features from Judy Bailey, Phil Manning, Jeannie Lewis, Judy Jacques and Marian Henderson.

Margret says the album, “emphasises the strength, wit and consummate artistry of one Australia’s most compelling and idiosyncratic performers.”
