Matthew Vine is the Little Athletics Australian Official of the Year

Later this year, the Olympics and Paralympics will be staged in Paris, France. For many Australian athletes competing, their journey will have begun at suburban ovals and Little Athletics clubs.

The Little Athletics Australia Hall of Fame Ceremony was held last month as part of this year’s Championships and celebrated the achievements of former Little Athletes and the significant contributions of those involved across a range of categories, including the Official of the Year, awarded to a volunteer from Ridgewood Little Athletics in WA, Matthew Vine.
