Melbourne post-punks Pinch Points take on the world with righteous anger

After releasing a critically acclaimed LP in March and completing a wild European tour, Naarm/Melbourne post-punks Pinch Points made their way down under to Perth’s Astor Theatre this week, joining Bristol punks IDLES on tour.

Their latest album, PROCESS, sees the quartet wield noodling, wiry guitars and lacerating lyrics, their middle fingers raised to social injustices, climate crisis, Indigenous deaths in custody, that were only magnified in the turmoil of pandemic closures, job losses and industry shutdowns.
