Right Way Down: Poetry for Kids

Poetry isn’t for everybody, but Australian poet Rebecca Newman has produced a new book featuring some of Australia’s amazing poets and writers, who tell stories about growing up in Australia through the poetic lens, and targets young readers interested in poetry.

Fiona Bartholomaeus chats with Rebecca M Newman about her new poetry book Right Way Down. It features short and long poems about swimming, dogs, shoelaces, and even about the mischief children get up to when no one is watching.
