Synth-Punk Quintet Body Horrors Release Debut Single ‘Hate Crimes (at Paramount)’

Perth’s latest synth-punk quintet, Body Horrors have just set their debut single Hate Crimes (at Paramount) into the world. The track is a true queer-anthem, detailing a landscape of the LGBTQI+ experience within Perth’s rich queer culture.

From dates at Hyde Park, to carabiners with keys, as well as tackling the unfortunate realities of homophobia within society, Hate Crimes (at Paramount) conveys a poignant overall theme of empowerment and compassion within the queer community, no matter what.

Body Horror’s will be celebrating the release of their debut single alongside Blue Honey, Call Girls and Squonk at The Bird on the 12th of November, with the group’s Josie and Georgia, dropping into the RTR Studio on Thursday to chat with Kailyn Crabbe – check out the full interview down below!
