Did you know the world was experiencing apocalypse-like events, such as electrical storms and the breakdown of the ozone layer, 42,000 years ago? Now, clearly it wasn’t the actual End Of Days, but what caused it? It turns out the answer is the Earth’s magnetic fields, a phenomenon that, all this time later, we are still learning about.
