The Fauves return to the well-worn stages of their lives, playing one WA show with special guests The Community Chest and Sliem Fox, in celebration of their 13th album Topical Strength.

There are eleven songs to get addicted to on their latest offering by the outfit best known for their witty lyrics, melodious pop-rock and often satirical and evocative exploration of Australian themes.

Pam Boland spoke with singer and guitarist Andrew Cox for Breakfast to chat about the making of the record in Indonesia, the priorities for production and the nostalgia of returning to the stage after quite a few years.
