This Is ‘The One Who Planted Trees’

A new production from the Spare Parts puppet theatre helps illustrate some strategies that each of us can get behind to do our part in helping heal the planet and spread awareness for what can be done on an individual scale. 

The story is told through the eyes of the animals that are watching a woman rejuvenate her plot of land from desert to lush green forest. Phillip Mitchell spoke about the profoundly impactful way telling a story through puppetry can have on an audience as well as the range of ages that this art style seems to engage and impress.
