Transitioning to Green Transport

In light of growing concerns to reduce our carbon emissions and with staggering petrol prices of late, it’s no wonder that new and less impactful methods of transport have been gaining popularity. 

One noticeable change is the appearance of e-scooters and bicycles, also known as “Microbility Devices”. 

With the offer of cleaner and efficient transport, these devices are gaining popularity, but how are they likely to impact transport systems long term.

Griffith University Cities Research Institute’s research fellow Abraham Leung joined Madeleine Lombardi during On The Record to discuss the impact of this mode of transportation on our transport infrastructure.
