WA Music Week offers showcase and mentorship opportunity for local artists

After taking a strategic break in 2024, WA Music has brought back their annual music industry convention under the new moniker of WA Music Week, taking place over 12-21 September. WA Music are also seeking artists to perform at their Showcase during this event on 19-20 September, as part of their new Artist Mentorship Program which aims to elevate artists established in the WA music scene to the next level of their career.

WAM CEO Owen Whittle joined Pam on Brekky to discuss the evolution of WA Music Week, the new showcase and mentorship program, and the Programmed Events Initiative available to WA music organisations.
