Women on the Podium empowers musicians

Women on the Podium is a unique conducting and leadership program targeted at female Western Australian musicians.

Led by pioneering UK conductor, Alice Farnham the event empowers women to pursue their musical goals and features the Australian film premiere of The Conductor. 

Program coordinator Penny Shaw joined Bec Bowman for Artbeat to chat about the event on October 21 to 31 at Methodist Ladies College.
