Working Hard or Hardly Working?

RTRFM’s Will Yagmich sits down with the director of Edith Cowan University’s center for work and wellbeing Professor Tim Bentley to discuss how workplaces and work spaces have changed in the COVID-19 world.

They discuss how management styles have had to adapt to these ever changing times. Managers are having to trust their workforce to continue working productively on a remote basis, rather than being supervised in a physical space.
