Nothing Bad Ever Happens Here: Acclaimed Australian author Heather Rose releases memoir

Heather Rose is the author of eight novels for both adults and children. In 2017, her seventh novel – The Museum of Modern Love – won the Stella Prize, the Christina Stead Prize and the Margaret Scott Prize.

In 2020, Rose chatted with RTRFM about Bruny, the novel that skewered politics in Australia, when she was in town for the Perth Festival’s Literature & Ideas program.

She recently sat down with RTRFM’s Danae Gibson to chat about her first memoir Nothing Bad Ever Happens Here published this month by Allen and Unwin.
