Mildlife construct galaxies of groove on Chorus

Naarm-based psych-jazz group Mildlife has returned with their third studio-length album, Chorus.

Leaping into a deep, open and optimistic exploration of 70’s psychedelia, jazz, disco and left-field electronica, drawing on everything from Polish jazz, Italo disco and contemporary electronica.

The result of this deep dive into interrelated elements is a constantly evolving and cyclical groove; the album luxuriates in the velvety embrace of bass lines, luminous guitar riffs, hushed and alluring vocals and intricate percussive tapestries.
