Get to know DJ Sliding Doors

I discovered RTRFM through my beau who hosts Behind the Mirror, and thought wow, it’s great that we have a station that lends itself to all sorts of crazy music that you can’t find anywhere else on FM radio. A couple years later I became a presenter! Outside of presenting I throw gigs, DJ , and go out dancing!

How did you become involved in the station?

Through a boy I was seeing! A year after that I started DJing, and a year after that I did the RTRFM presenter course and applied for The Rounds!

Tell us about your most memorable gig, either attending or playing at?

HTRK left a big impression on me, their set was quite minimal but so full and atmospheric and hypnotic!

What is your favourite show (other than your own) on RTRFM?

Saturday Jazz – it makes me feel very posh when I’m on the way to the supermarket.
