How did you become involved?
WR had a turnover of staff and the word went out on air for any listeners who would be keen to have a go. I passed the “screen test” and got the gig! That was in 2003!

What is the best thing about being involved with the station?
You get to go on air and play and talk about your favourite music, for hopefully an appreciative audience. Help support a totally original and unique radio station.
What is the strangest thing that has happened to you in the RTRFM studio?
I took a call from a listener who wanted me to play a song for his friend who had just committed suicide!
If you could present a show that is not your own, which show would it be? Why?
I used to enjoy shows called “Folkwest” and” Acoustic Roots” I don’t think we cater for those genres anymore.
What do you do in real life?
I work as a sales rep for an industrial clothing company. Apart from my interest in music I’m also a suburban husband and dad to two children.
