PREMIERE: Hush Puppy “Too Cold”

Fresh local band Hush Puppy have burst onto the scene with the release of their brand new single, Too Cold.

The anthemic track is an ode to mixed signals in love and relationships, captured through the passionate angst and moody vocals of the five-piece group.

The group consisting of Dylan (lead-vocal), Sam (rhythm-guitar + backing-vocal), Matt (lead guitar), Dan (bass), and George (drums) draw inspiration from the new wave surf-rock and pop-rock genres. The band have teamed up with one of WA’s finest music producers, Dave Parkin who recorded and mixed the track out of BlackBird Sound Studios.

Whilst the band itself is breaking into Perth’s music scene for the first time, industry success is not unfamiliar to some of its members, with rhythm guitarist Sam’s former projects receiving national recognition.
