The Search for Supernova remnants with Dr Natasha Hurley-Walker

Supernova remnants are the remains of exploded stars and it’s said that our galaxy is expected to be home to almost 1200 of them. But where are they and how can we find them?

An international team of researchers have collaborated on conducting a x-ray of the sky to find these elusive supernova remnants, and amazingly they found one faster than anticipated.
